GV II
House, now post office. C18 with C17 origins and later alterations. Stone
rendered, ashlar dressings, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Deep plinth.
Chamfered quoins. Central shop front with ½-glazed door and overlight
flanked by C20 window on left and 4-pane sash on right, all are under a
frieze with 4 consoles and cornice. To left a 6-pane window with stone
sill. First floor: two 4-pane sashes with stone sills below plain lintels.
Eaves band. Shaped kneelers, stone coping, brick end stacks.
