North-west lodges, south-east lodges, gates, gate piers and screen walls.
Ashlar, Welsh slate roofs and wrought-iron gates. Late C18 and early C19.
North-west lodge: 1 storey, 1 bay. Pointed-arched sash window with glazing
bars, intersecting to head, in raised surround; eaves band, embattled gable
with ball finial; within the gable is a blind roundel. To north-west is a
quadrant screen wall with rusticated end pier topped by ball finial. South-
east lodge: similar to north-west but with 2-storey, 2-bay addition to right
which has 4-pane sashes with stone sills and a hipped roof. Similar screen
wall and end pier attached to south-east. Between the lodges: 4 rusticated
gate piers with plinths, impost bands, friezes with oval medallions,
cornices and ball finials. Between to each side are screens of wrought-iron
railings with plain lock rail and dog bars, all with spear finials. To
centre are double wrought-iron gates of similar design.
