4/10 GURTOFF HOUSE
House. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone, pantile roof. 2
Storeys, 2 bays with C20 conservatory to left and garage to right, neither of
special interest. Entrance is by door in garage block. On ground floor two C20
canted bay windows with stone plinths and dentilled cornices. On 1st floor, two
12-pane side-sliding sashes with stone lintels and projecting cills. Shaped
kneelers Ashlar coping. Rebuilt brick end stacks, the left one rendered.
