House. Early C19 with later alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond,
graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays with lower 2-storey, 2-bay
wing set back to right. Central half-glazed door and fanlight with radial
glazing bars, set in Doric surround of half-columns, frieze and pediment.
This is flanked by late C19 canted bay windows, each with sashes, modillion
frieze, cornice and hipped lead roof. Windows to first floor and to right
wing are 4-pane sashes. Those to second floor are C20 casements. All have
stone sills and flat brick arches. Eaves band. Stone coping, end stacks.
Rear elevation has bands to first floor, second floor and eaves. 4-pane
sashes throughout and off-centre 6-panel door and plain fanlight in plain
semicircular headed surround.
