SE 47 NW TOPCLIFFE CHURCH STREET
(east side)

GV II

House. Mid C18 with C19 alterations. Red brick, machine tile roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Stone quoins to right. Central 6-panel door in plain
stone surround, shouldered out to plinth, with keystone; later brackets
support stone cornice. It is flanked by C19 canted bay windows with sashes,
stone sills, frieze and cornices. To left a segmental-arched passageway
opening with plank door. First-floor sashes with stone lintels. Shaped
kneeler and stone coping to right. End stacks.
