Approximately 20 metres length of wall containing archway and broken by gate
piers. Early C17. For Sir John Hart. Rubble sandstone and ashlar. Wall has
ashlar ovolo coping, and is swept down to right near left end and at right end.
Gate piers, probably an insertion; are square in plan and have rounded caps. To
right of centre a gateway with moulded surround and Tudor-arched head in hood
mould; above this coping is ridged, with a central sundial and end ball finials.
