Cottage. C.16 altered C.19 and C.20. Rendered, thatched roof, 2 ridge chimneys,
another very large, off centre left. In 2 parts, 1 + 2 windows; C.20 leaded
casements with shutters attached. Left hand bay set back, porch in angle; large
buttress (bread oven) axial with chimney. Interior: entry off passage next to
very large fireplace with shelf. 2 principal ground floor rooms separated by
framed partitions containing low doorway (blocked) between 2 jowled posts. Very
heavy joists to inner room. Evidence of winder opposite fireplace.
