House, now offices. Late C18 with later alterations. Pale brown brick in header
bond, graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central door of 6 fielded
panels below fanlight with Gothick glazing bars in doorcase with fluted Tuscan
pilasters with paterae on frieze and open pediment. Windows have flat arches and
flush exposed sash boxes; 16-pane sashes on ground floor; 4-pane sashes on first
and second floors, smaller on second floor. Paired gutter brackets. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar coping. Red brick end stacks. Rear: tall round-arched staircase
window. Interior: some doors of 6 fielded panels; central dog-leg staircase with
moulded stick balusters and wreathed handrail; C19 cornices.
