GV II
Congregational sunday school, now United Reformed. Dated 1852. Brown brick in
English garden wall bond, Welsh slate roof. Single storey, 3 bays. North elevation:
3 round-arched panels, the central one blind and with ashlar sandstone plaque
inscribed 'SUNDAY SCHOOL ERECTED 1852', the outer two with round-arched sash windows
with glazing bars, radial at the top. Eaves band. Entrance through later additions
to the east and not of special interest. Right return: two matching windows.
In same style as Zion United Reformed Church (qv) to the east. Included for group
value.
