bond, pantile roof. 3 storeys, 1 bay. Ground floor: C20 shop front to left,
passage entrance to right. First floor: sash window with glazing bars, exposed
flush sash box, ashlar sill and flat arch. Second floor: half-size 6-pane sash
window with exposed flush sash box and ashlar sill. Dentil eaves.
