Farmhouse. Early-mid C19, of 2 builds. Mottled brownish brick in English garden
wall bond (3:1), Welsh slate roof. Garden front: 2 storeys, 3 bays with added
wing to rear left. Plinth. 2 steps to central board door with fanlight and flat
brick arch. Unhorned sashes with glazing bars in 2 ground floor and one first floor windows, the remainder c1985 replacements, having flat brick arches and stone sills. 2 dentilled cross-ridge stacks (truncated c1985). North gable elevation with 1 original sash. Rear has three light Yorkshire sliding sash partly obscured by later porch. Deeds reported to give a date of 1817 for the house, although it could be a little later.
