GV II
House. Mid C18, possibly with older core; later addition. Rendered walls,
probably on brick; pantiled roof with stone trim, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 2
bays and a lower l-bay hip-ended right extension of C20 but in keeping with the
house. Glazed door, with sidelights and overlight, at right of main house.
Tripartite sash windows with glazing bars, all renewed. Roof has end chimneys
and stone copings. Irregular rear elevation shows low Venetian stair window
with original glazing bars. Interior: staircase with 3 turned balusters to a
tread and stout ramped handrail with short wreath.
