4/58 Nos. 1-4
Row of houses, late C18. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone;
pantiled roof with stone ridge, copings, kneelers and stacks.
2 storeys. Right-hand house 2 bays, the others 1 bay each. Boarded
doors (2 with small glazed panels) under lintels with big keystones.
Extended lintels with big keystones to windows, all 3-light Yorkshire
sashes, possibly once mullioned, to Nos. 1-3. No. 4 has a central
gabled porch with modern 6-panel door and window in left return,
also 2-light modern casements under similar lintels to those in Nos.
1-3. Nos. 1 and 2 share a chimney-stack; Nos. 3 and 4 have right
end stacks.
