Health centre premises, formerly house, with later canted shop window bay to west
wing. C18. Reddish-brown local brick, rendered below ground floor cill level.
Dentilled eaves. Pantile roofs with stone verges and kneelers. 2 storeys with single
storey side wings. Originally 2 bays, an additional large C19 sash window placed
asymmetrically above the central entrance. Panelled door with wooden architrave.
Unequally hung sash windows, 4 panes in width, with architraves and cills. Flat gauged
brick arches.
