Early C19 house with shop front of c1960. Brown brick. Wooden modillion eaves
cornice. Roof not visible. Kneelers. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows with glazing
bars. Gauged red brick heads. 2nd floor sashes unequally hung. Included partly for
group value.
