Row of houses with later shop fronts. C18/early C19. Brown local brick. Nos 12-16
have dentilled eaves. Pantile roof. Nos 8-10: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Good C19 shop
front with 2 doorways with reeded pilasters. No 12: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Mid C20 shop
front. Nos 14-16: New pantile roof. 2 storeys. C19 square bay and C20 shop to
ground floor. All the upper windows are sashes with glazing bars, except that No 14.
has a later canted bay and No 16 has later glazing. Late C19 extension at rear of Nos
8-10 is not of interest.
