Hall View Cottages

II


Two cottages. Probably C18 with some C19 rebuilding. Reddish and pinkish-
brown local brick. Plinth, stepped and dentilled eaves. Pantile roof with
raised verge to left. End and ridge chimneys. 2 storeys; each cottage has
one 1st floor window plus one blocked opening above door of right cottage. Panelled doors. 16 pane sashes in flush wood architraves. Segmental-arched openings, the right door arch having been rebuilt as round arch. Included
partly for group considerations.
