House. Mid-late C18, extended to double the size early-mid C19 and re-roofed as one
range. C18 section - sandstone and red-brown brick. C19 section pale brown brick.
Overhanging pantile roof. Two storeys. Faces south. Garden front: 6 bays in all,
the 3 right bays being the C18 house. Entrance with half-glazed door in hood
doorcase with consoles and pediment. To right an early C19 two-storey bow with
tripartite sashes with glazing bars. Sash windows with glazing bars, wide timber
lintels to C18 section, flat brick arches to C19 part. C18 part has brick plinth
and stepped 3-course 1st floor band.
