House. Early C19 with later C19 additions. Pale brown brick with stucco
dressings. Concrete tile roof with end chimneys. Two storeys, 3 bays. The side
bays step forward and have been added to by full height canted bays with sash
windows. The centre bay projects forward and contains a full height round-arched
recess with stucco arch. Flight of brick and stone steps with elegant iron railings
leads to central entrance. Six-panel door with jamb lights and large patterned
radial fanlight under stucco lintel. lst floor stucco band. Above entrance a sash
window with later C19 glazing surmounted by a stucco fan. Parapet with stucco band
forming an open pediment over the central recess.
