Former Easingwold Union Warehouse, now private residences. 1837. Pale brown local brick. Stucco
1st floor band to central section. Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, 5 bays with
3-storey single bay wings. Central panelled door with fanlight set in round-arched
brick opening. Unequally-hung sashes with glazing bars. Wings have tripartite
sashes with glazing bars to ground and 1st floors and a Diocletian window above set
in a round-arched 3-storey recess.
