Flats, former Methodist Chapel. 1840 datestone. Pale brown local brick. Welsh
slate roof. Two storeys, 5 bays with full height round-arched recesses with painted
impost blocks. Central panelled door has radial fanlight. Round-arched 12-pane
sashes with radial glazing in heads. All openings have red brick arches. Painted
imposts to ground floor windows. Steps to entrance c.1980.
