Cottage and attached mounting block immediately east of Underbank Hall

Cottage and attached mounting block. Early to mid C18. Coursed, squared stone,
stone slate roof. Two storeys, two bays. Quoins, 12-pane sashes in raised
surrounds. Gable copings on cut kneelers. Ashlar gable stacks with moulded
string and moulded cornice. Rear: blocked doorway with moulded architrave.
Left return: two 2-light double-chamfered windows, to each floor, with 3-pane
casements. Attached to left is a 3-step mounting block. Right return: two
2-light 1st-floor windows, as left return.
