Farmhouse now 1 dwelling and dentist's surgery. C17, altered. Irregularly-coursed
rubble sandstone, now partly roughcast; Welsh slate roof. L-shaped plan; 2 storeys,
2 windows to 1st floor, that to left in lower, gabled wing which projects to rear.
Roughcast front elevation has chamfered, quoined doorway with deep lintel. C20,
3-light, transomed casement on right; C20 casement on left in C19 projecting,
square-faced surround, similar lst-floor windows. Chamfered copings to asymmetrical
left gable with finial; kneelers and similar copings to right end gable, finial base.
Renewed brick ridge stack above door. Rear: exposed walling with large quoins.
Single-light, double-chamfered window to 1st floor. Wing has altered fenestration
with remains of C17 surrounds. Right return: single-storey addition (not of special
interest) beneath sash in position of mullioned windows, remains of dripstone.
Blocked, double-chamfered attic window of 2 lights, dripstone.

Interior: principal-rafter trusses exposed in wing.
