Bridge. 1782, by Thomas Ramsden (Barstow, walk 9). Coursed, dressed sandstone.
2-span. Segmental arches spring from central pier having triangular cutwaters
with half-pyramidal tops. Chamfered band above arches links end piers which
project on outer faces of bridge. Deeply-coursed parapet walls with weathered
copings; coping of north-west end pier inscribed 'TR 1782'. Spans the River Don
and is partly in the parish of Hunshelf.
