Formerly two houses now one dwelling. Dated 1782, altered 1980s. Coursed,
squared stone. Concrete tile roof. Two storeys. Three bays. Quoins.
Entrance between bays 2 and 3 with deep lintel and quoined surround.
Ground-floor windows of 2, 2 and 3 lights and 1st-floor windows of 2, 3 and 3
lights all with flat-faced mullions. Moulded kneelers. Small ashiar ridge
stack and a truncated stack to right. Rear: ground floor back to earth. The
left return has an entrance, as before, which, during restoration, was moved
from between bays 1 and 2 at the front. The lintel is inscribed:
"Erected by
John Smith
1782"
