Farmhouse and attached barn. Late C18. Coursed squared stone. Stone slate
roof (bitumen covered), Welsh slate roof, to barn. Two storeys, two-bay
house with barn at 90 to right. House: quoins. Central doorway with
quoined surround. 4-panel door (now flush). One 3-light flat-faced
mullion window to each side, both floors. Gable copings on cut kneelers to
left. Two ashlar end stacks. Barn: large segmental-headed cart entrance to
left (blocked) with newly inscribed keystone reading "1760". Five stable
doors, some altered or blocked, 3 being original with deep lintels and
quoined surrounds. Two square pitching holes at high level. Rear of barn
has opposing cart entrance with deep lintel, other openings mainly later.
Interior: house has several original 2-panel doors, original fittings to
external door. Barn: the upper floor of the left part is supported on 4
cast-iron columns and the right part on timber posts.
