Ha-Ha in Cannon Hall Park to south of house and east side of gardens.

Ha-ha. 1761. The landscape gardener was Richard Woods. For John Spencer
Stanhope of Cannon Hall. Coursed rubble with flat stone coping. Up to 2
metres in height along the front at east side, but lower at the south-east
corner where an ornamental pool breaks through. The ground is gently sloping
and the wall, with ditch to outer side, separates the gardens from the
parkland.
