Cross base and shaft. Possibly medieval. Gritstone. Square base, square
shaft with stop-chamfered sides. The top of the shaft is marked and possibly
supported a sundial. The top of the shaft is inscribed on all 4 sides as
follows:

east - TW
north - WC
south - RW
west - 1674
