Late medieval. Timber-framed. Fragment of a larger house. Early C19 front.
Red brick. Pantile. Two storeys. Two bays: cased sashes. Door in recessed
porch with stucco surround and moulded cornice. Frame jettied to front.
One post on tall stone plinth visible at south end, taking crown post truss
braced to the tie beam. One other truss visible internally: crown post, braced
longitudinally and internally, collar purlin. Remaining common rafters and
collars apparently original.
C18 rear wing, part roughcast, part limestone rubble, part red brick. Pantile
roof. Two storeys.
