Farmhouse. Early C19. Deeply-coursed dressed sandstone, Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 1 : 1 : 1 bays; wing to rear left of centre, lower addition to right
end. Projecting quoins, quoined central bay breaks forward and has pediment.
C20 porch encloses central 6-panel door in square-faced surround with pulvinated
frieze and cornice. Flanking windows have renewed casements in raised, square-
faced surrounds with projecting sills. Similar surrounds to lst-floor windows,
all with 4-pane sashes. Shorter 2nd-floor windows, central bay with 4-pane.
sash, bays 1 and 3 with 8-pane sashes. Coped pediment with circular plaque in
tympanum. Shaped kneelers, ashlar gable copings. Renewed brick end stacks with
cornices. Addition to right has door to left; no front windows; shaped kneelers
and gable copings to right with end stack.
