Barn and outbuilding now partly used as stables. C17 with C18 addition to right.
Irregularly-coursed rubble sandstone, stone-slate and, C20 cement-tile eaves
courses to pantile roofs. Barn: 2 storeys. Large quoins. Central waggon
entrance with segmental arch having chamfered ashlar voussoirs; hatch and inserted
casement with glazing bars to right. Shaped kneelers and square-cut gable copings.
Lower 2-storey addition set back to right has wide central doorway with C20 door.
Blocked doorways to each end have monolithic jambs and deep lintels, doorway to
right now with C20 casement. C20 casement to inner side of each blocked doorway
with similar windows above. Included for group value.
