House, formerly the Falcon Inn. Late C17, altered and extended. Rubble limestone,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor; wing to rear right; addition
to rear left. quoins. Doorway to right of centre has C20 6-panel door and plain
lintel. 3-light, double-chamfered mullioned windows. Moulded gable copings. C19
external end stack to right has offsets and cornice. Brick ridge stack to left of
centre perhaps above original door position.
Interior: good early C18 staircase to rear has pulvinated string, turned
balusters and square newels (all now painted). Beamed ceiling exposed in kitchen
to left. Lime-ash upper floors.
