House. Of early C18 origin, altered C19. Cement-rendered brick, C20 cement-
tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 windows to 1st floor; 3-room plan with baffle-entry
against stack on left. Old 6-panel door to left of centre with small
casement over. Otherwise 16-pane sashes with projecting sills apart from
6-pane sash to ground-floor room on far right. Dentilled eaves. C19 brick
ridge stack to left of door and small end stack on right.

Interior: not fully inspected. Central room has terracotta-tiled floor and
bressumer beam over C19 cast-iron range of local manufacture in contemporary
surround. Left-end room also has part of fireplace bressumer visible over
later C19 fireplace. Later porch on right return not of special interest.
