Combination farmbuilding. Late C18. Red brick in English garden wall bond, stone slate eaves courses to part of pantile roof (part now C20 tiles), L-shaped plan. Two storeys, four x five bays; encloses corner of farmyard.

Barn on left: small double doors on right beneath segmental arch, decorative vent over; three cruciform vents an left with two rows of other decorative vents over, mid-height boarded hatch.

Cowhouse and stable on right; three boarded doors with windows between, boarded door to first-floor on left, all with segmental brick arches. Cogged eaves to hipped roof.
