Farmhouse. Late C17; altered and with later wing. Rubble limestone partly
rendered, stone slate eaves courses to pantile roof 2 storeys and attic,
2 windows to 1st floor (one blocked); lower 2-storey wing to centre rear not
of special interest. Quoins. Altered fenestration having sash on right in
cemented surround beneath blocked wood-mullioned window; casement to
ground-and 1st-floor on left. Rendered external stack an left with offsets
and later brick shaft. Ashlar gable copings with finial bases at the foot.
Left return; 2 original attic window openings with blocked ashlar surrounds;
similar window to left of stack on right return. Interior not inspected.
Much altered but rare for its date in this area.
