Farmhouse now two dwellings. Early C18, C20 alterations. Red brick, in Flemish bond on front wall; C20 pantile roof. Two storeys and attic, 2 : 1 : 2 windows to first floor. Brick plinth. Narrow central bay projects and has C20 door with overlight beneath flat brick arch with keystone; bays one and two have projecting sills to C20 casements with glazing bars beneath flat brick arches; bays three and four have large C20 French windows on left of added porch with casement beyond.

First floor: windows as ground-floor left but with C20 flat arches. Shaped brick and stone kneelers, ashlar gable copings. Later brick end stacks and similar ridge stack. Rear: walled-up two-light square faced mullioned window to partial cellar; doorway with pointed stone cornice set on corbels; tall stair window to right.
