Two storeys with attics, three windows to first floor; lower two-storey addition set back on right with one-storey lean-to against its front wall. Cemented plinth. Steps to position of former central doorway now a window with C20 casement, projecting sill and cemented surround masking brick arch with projecting keystone; flanking windows in same style.

First floor: band, windows as ground floor. Stone gutter brackets; shaped kneelers and ashlar gable copings; brick end stack on right heightened in later brickwork.
