ST 56 NW FLAX BOURTON CHURCH WALK (west side)

7/76 Banksian House and Cosy Cottage

G.V. II

House, now subdivided. Mid C19. Coursed squared rubble; hipped slate roof
with overhanging eaves; brick stacks. 2 storeys and attics in central hipped
dormer. Three 4-light casement windows with cinquefoil heads to the wooden
frames; under dripmoulds and relieving arches. 6-panel door, off-centre to
left. C20 door to Cosy Cottage in single bay, 2 storey lean-to extension at
right. Included primarily for group value.
