3/58 Ha-ha forming boundary
of gardens to north,
west and south of
Cantley Hall
Ha-ha. Probably late C18 for Childers Walbank Childers of Cantley Hall.
River boulders coursed with magnesian limestone rubble. Low retaining wall
set in a U-shaped curve and with well-maintained ditch to the field side.
