Small house. Early C19, altered. Red brick in random bond, C20 cement-tile
roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows to lst floor. Boarded door and 4-pane overlight
to left of centre beneath rubbed-brick flat arch. C20 cemented plinth below
flanking windows having nosed stone sills, 4-pane sashes in flush wood
architraves and brick arches as door. 1st floor: brick band, windows as
ground floor. Eaves band, cement-rendered end stacks.
