8/8 Front gatepiers to The
Old Hall Farmhouse


Gate piers. Probably 1771 (date of house). Ashlar magnesian limestone.
Simple, square piers deeply rebated to house renewed wooden gate posts. (C20
iron gates not of special interest). Each pier surmounted by concave plinth
to large ball finial. Included for group value.
