Farmhouse. Early C17, altered. Pebble-dashed, Welsh slate and C20 cement-
tile roofs. 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows to 1st floor; double-depth plan.
chamfered plinth (partly exposed). Part-glazed door and 2-pane overlight
beneath moulded lintel with hoodmould having lozenge-shaped stops. 8-pane
sashes to each floor, blind recess over door. Shaped kneelers and roll-
moulded gable copings with ashlar flue to right end.
Left return: C20 casement to ground floor of front range, blind window
recesses to 1st floor and attic; rear range is lower and has plain gable
copings and end stack.

Interior: panelling of front-left room removed to Doncaster Museum.
