Farmhouse. Dated '1701 / T.H.'. Roughcast limestone, C20 pantile roof.
2 storeys with attic, 3 windows to ist floor; 2-storey wing to rear right
having total of 4 windows to 1st floor. Central 4-panelled door in chamfered
ashlar surround with deep lintel and dripstone; rectangular date panel over.
Flanking 3-light double-chamfered, mullioned windows with dripstones (that on
left taller). 1st floor: central single-light window and flanking 3-light
windows as ground-floor left. Shaped kneelers and gable copings; projecting
end stack on left. Rear: original ground-floor windows of 1 and 2 lights
with dripstones, another single-light window over. Left return: original
single-light attic windows with dripstones flank the external stack.

Interior: right ground-floor room has boxed bressumer beam backing onto the
wing, modern fireplace beneath flanked by round arches (enclosed with
cupboards); C17 scratch-moulded door from sane roof; some C18 two-panelled
doors elsewhere. The date of 1701 probably records the rebuilding of a C17
structure.
