Row of 3 cottages. Mid C19 with C20 addition to rear. For the Owston Hall
estate. Rubble magnesian limestone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 1 : 2 : 2
windows to each floor. Large quoins. Ground floor: 3-light, mullioned
windows in double-chamfered surrounds with hoodmoulds; 6-panel doors in
similar surrounds to right of window 1, 3 and 5. Ist floor: 2-light windows
as below. Hipped roof with 3 yellow-brick ridge stacks.
