Pair of houses. Early C19 with later alterations. Red brick with brick and stone
dressings and concrete tile roofs. Three storeys, each house 2 bays. Steps to
paired central doorcase with pilastered jambs and continuous entablature, both
houses with original 6-fielded panelled doors and margin glazed overlights. Outer
bays have early C20 square bay windows with transomed lights and moulded cornices
on brick plinths. Continuous stone first-floor band, each house with -two tall 12-
pane first-floor sashes beneath cambered brick arches. Above again similar arrange-
ment of band and sashes. Wooden eaves board. Brick end stacks.
