GV II

House, now offices. Early C19. Stucco on stone plinth with painted stone dressings
and slate roof. Three storeys and two bays. Three wide stone steps to 6-panel
door below fanlight with radial glazing, door and fanlight flanked by glazed lights,
the whole set in wide pilastered doorcase with moulded cornice. To right, two
12-pane sashes. Above continuous first-floor sill band and two full-height unequally
hung 15-pane sashes with panelled aprons. Second floor has two 12-pane sashes.
Ground and second floor windows with projecting sills and all windows below wedge
lintels which are incised into the stucco. Timber cornice. Brick end stack to
right and similar rendered stack to left.
