House, now offices. Late C18 with later alterations. Painted brick with gauged
brick and stone dressings, slate roof. Three storeys, 3 bays, that to left a narrow
bay. C20 shop front to full width of ground floor. First floor, two 12-pane sashes
to right and a margin glazed sash to left. Later brick infilling visible below
the windows. Second floor has two similar smaller windows above to right and an
8-pane sash to left. All windows below flat gauged brick arches, those to second
floor with projecting stone sills. Stepped and cogged eaves band. Steeply-pitched
roof with brick end stacks.
