House, now shop and offices. Early C19 with later alterations. Stucco with painted
stone dressings and concrete tile roof. Three storeys and 2 bays. C20 shop front
with recessed central entrance to ground floor. Above two full-height unequally
hung 15-pane sashes on plain sill band. Above again two unequally-hung plate-glass
sashes with projecting sills. Bracketed timber cornice. Brick end stack left.
