The following building was de-listed on 10th March 1998.

SE 5703 SE (south side)

7/36 Nos 60 and 61


House, now shops and offices. Early C19 with later alterations. Stucco with
painted stone dressings and concrete tile roof. Three storeys, 3 bays. C20 shop
front to two left-hand bays with-central entrance. To right a segmental archway
with rusticated jambs and voussoirs, moulded imposts, hoodmould and raised keystone.
C20 iron gates within. Above two 16-pane sashes to right and a plate glass sash
to left. Second floor has 3 unequal 9-pane sashes. All windows with projecting
stone sills. Reduced brick end stacks.
