House, now shop and offices. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Painted brick with
stone dressings and concrete tile roof. Three storeys, 3 bays. C20 shop front
of no special interest across full width of ground floor. First floor has central
oriel, tripartite bow window with curved 12-pane sank to front and 4-pane sashes
to sides. Moulded cornice and lead roof. To either side 12-pane sashes with
projecting stone sills below cambered brick heads. Three similar sashes above,
also below cambered heads and with projecting sills. Moulded stone cornice. Brick
end stacks.
